How Do I Get Abs?

By:

If it is six-packs you want, here is the best way to get them, but it will take your best shot. After trying some misleading programs, medications and supplements, I am fully convinced that the only true way that one can build a six-pack abs is through a natural bodybuilding program. Before joining the foundation of Natural Bodybuilding, it is important to remember that the extra programs and misleading supplements are bought by people on a daily basis.

If someone is telling you that you can change your body without working out, theyre not being real. Theyre not real if they tell you that you will gain those six-pack abs with supplements, pills, and wonder beverages.

Creatine is a popular supplement among bodybuilders. Whether or not the chemical should fall inr the same category that includes steroids and similar banned substances, is a matter of dispute. The Olympics is the best example of an international competition in sports. The International Olympic Committee forbids the use of any artificial, muscle-building substances among its athletes.
Creatine is used by most bodybuilders in international competitions. Thats probably why you dont see bodybuilding as an Olympic competitive sport.

The fact is that creatine is a substance, probably useless. On a personal note, Creatine did no good to my appearance. I am male, but there was no motivation to go to the gym. The fear of suffering from side effects was overwhelming. Additionally, I used to take glycemic carbohydrates. This form of carbohydrates is released for maximum energy optimized.

The other main problem that dogged my efforts at getting six packs was inability to reduce the number of calories that were getting into my body. After three years I realized that by cutting 500 calories from my diet every day a pound of fat per week would disappear.

From this experience, I learedt a very crucial lesson in building six pack abs, which has something to do with core exercises and maintenance of the right diet. Every time I wanted abs exercises, crunches came to mind. After spending a whole night doing them, I was always unable to get the desired results even after continuing with the program for a whole month.
All that ended with back pain.

Then I stumbled on cardio. Cardio provided miracles. I realized that cardio could stimulate all the five abdominal muscles that made the abs become revealed. It occurred to me that my problem was not only to build up my abdominal muscles. My problem was that I can not help them to define more clearly. As long as there was a layer of fat in the abdominal region, it did not matter whether or not I had big abs; no one would notice them. Cardio is the key.

Using cardio, I was able to get rid of the fat that was camouflaging my abs.
Fortunately, I had been an expert bodybuilder and strength training had an important point in my life. I included cardio with these exercises and together they became a part of my regular routine.

As time went by it became increasingly clear to me that for one to succeed in maintaining a six pack, there is need for a clear-cut diet and exercise program which is always being evaluated with the help of a clearly spelled-out checklist.
For instance, a simple balanced diet works wonders; essentially, it contains carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, mineral salts and water. As a bodybuilder, I had to make some changes to fit my specific needs. I had to take in more carbohydrates and water. I had to eat less per meal but eat more time (at least 8 servings per day).

Humans love fatty and sugary foods. In the early days these were very rare in the diet of mankind. In todays world, these foods are everywhere and present a big problem regarding diet regimens. You will have a lot of these foods in your diet but now you must cut them out. And you cant cheat. Diets are not good to cheat on because they contain provisions that are actually high in fat or cause your body to get fatter. In their place came low-fat animal and plant proteins that I did not like very much.

In terms of Turbulence Training, my training daily schedule always started with a vigorous warm up in the form of stretching and jogging exercises. Then I like to go to the bank. My ego, my intensity, and my consistency grab me and I work hard to ensure that I do more reps each day with the same weight-load, of course. I understand that the higher the weight, the more it stimulates ABS in the return of tension in the abdomen.

This is how I always ensured that my body was not being rendered immobile.
I feel in control of my body. I see that my physique looks good. My abdominal muscles are an eye catcher clearly defined. My goal has been reached.

Today, I take pride in my appearance and this motivates me continue to work out.

Everyone should. be proud of their appearance.. The way I see it makes me want to stay motivated. Motivation, due to my appearance and my wonderfully good health, keeps me going to the gym for three hours every afternoon, six days a week.
And no cheating.

I have real pride in my appearance. The way I see it makes me really want to stay as I am. My physical presence is a real motivator to get to the gym. I like my daily training. The workouts keep me and my body REALLY HARD! My abs ripple.
