How Do I Do A Candida Spit Test?

By:

The Candida Spit Test is a very simple and easy to do test that will give you a rough idea. It is by no means a test that you would take as the sole indicator to determine if you have a yeast problem.

Listed below is how to go about the Candida Spit Test;

Get a see through glass, top it up with water and put it near your bed or in the bath room so that you remember to do the test the very first thing you do in the morning.

When you wake in the morning, work up a bit of saliva and spit into the glass of water.

It is important that nothing enters your mouth or touches your lips before you do this.

Do not even sneak a quick good morning Kiss in first... You will just have to keep them on hold for a moment...

Immediately make note of how the saliva looks.

Check again 2 or 3 minutes later. After you have caught up on that Kiss...

Keep checking the Candida Spit Test about every fifteen minutes or so.

Ideally your Candida spit test should be observed for 1 hour. The minimum time frame should be half an hour.

If your saliva floats for some time and gradually is dissolved without any apparent clouding of the water, that is a sign of healthy spit.

It is very usual to see some foam and or bubbles.

You are likely to be experiencing a Candida Albicans issue if you see the following.

A stringyness that goes towards the bottom.

Your saliva may drop to the bottom and or develop a cloudiness.

You may observe a cloudy type of speck hanging in the water.

The more strings and cloudiness there are, and the faster it develops, the greater the Candida albicans overgrowth.

Having obseved the results of your Candida Spit Test, if you feel that there is a reasonable chance that you have some degree of Candida Overgrowth, then my recomendation is that you start assessing what you eat. Regardless whether the food you eat has started the issue or not, is not the point. Your diet will almost certainly be an underlying contributor. To avoid further occurances you will need to consider moving to food types that are less conducive to Candida overgrowth.

Most of your fruits and foods with lots of sugar, Bread and your milk based products are all typically involved in people with yeast or Candida Albicans problems.

Highly processed foods, the contraceptive pill and antibiotics can also spark a yeast overgrowth.

Seeking the advice of your General Practitioner is obviously something you need to do. Please treat your Candida Spit Test as just an easy test to do prior to seeing the doctor. They can run their tests to diagnose what is going on in much more depth than the Candida spit test.
