The difference lies in this: when you choose DVD 5 as the output type, then the output DVD will be compressed when the original DVD is DVD 9, and the DVD 9 option will ensure 100% quality with a relatively larger output size. Don't forget the preview function. At the bottom left corner, a good preview will help you choose your ideal copy.
Click Next, and there are more customized options for you to choose from. You can set loop play mode of the output, change the volume label, etc. Now, click Start to begin your DVD copy.
