Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and protein to keep your skin healthy.

Quite a few celebrities have opted for stretch mark creams like those based on bio-oil or cocoa butter. Regular massages by these creams together with the above steps have proven very effective. However, one and all pointed out the potential dangers of using steroid based creams, especially during the final stages of pregnancy.
