How Can I Win My Love Back?

This may sound overly dramatic, but it's a proven fact that losing a relationship makes a similar degree of heartbreak as losing a loved one who dies. The pain is overwhelming at times. How much more can you take of not sleeping or eating? Maybe you're wondering, what can I do to win my love back? If keeping the relationship is what you really desire, the it's important that you learn what to do and say to get back with the one you love... and avoid the common mistakes virtually everyone makes.

Immediately stop all behavior that comes across and hard up or desperate. Desperate behavior includes begging/pleading, non-cease phone calls, emails, you know... pretty demeaning stuff. The more you push, the more they will pull away... it's human nature. Keep in mind, when you throw yourself at somebody, you give up all your personal power. Your ex is put off by that.

Now that you understand basic human nature, work with it... instead of fighting it! Giving your ex their space is what you need to do. discontinue all contact... phone calls, emails, etc. for at least a few weeks... up to a month or more depending on the situation.

When you give them plenty of space, you're showing that you're independent and strong... and you can live without them. This causes your ex to start being pulled towards you. Why? Because it's human nature to be drawn towards someone who appears distant and unobtainable.

During this period of giving them their space, make sure to involve yourself in plenty of positive activities. Start working on those personal goals you've been putting off, do things that make you happy and improve your life. Your ex will notice the improvements. Now, instead of you being the one chasing, you're both equals... and you can begin to work on the greater troubles that need mending.
