We all know it is very important for us to keep ourselves in good health. In the olden days, people maintained their health really well. As we know that the atmosphere surrounding them was very clean and hence they did not really worry much about health conditions. Today, we live in a different world altogether and the atmosphere surrounding is polluted and as a resulted a lot of diseases have come into existence. Although we have plenty of infrastructure facilities that have come up and we have transportation with supercars and the like.

The industrialization is widespread and today, we find large number of industries in the cities manufacturing different products. All these have led to harmful chemicals that are let out in the air and hence becoming harmful. However, these are some of the factors that cannot be looked into when it comes to health. The aspects of maintaining health are entirely different. In spite of all these conditions, we do have the facilities to maintain ourselves in good condition.

Today, if we look at the world, each and every person on earth has got his or her own problems. Hence, if we look at it in general, the stress factors play a major role on one's body and health aspects. So how do we get out of these stress factors? We have solutions for all these and today we have lots of options around us to choose from to keep us out of stress. In fact daily exercises or yoga can keep us out of all these problems.

Here are a few tips that are really important for us to be fit. The first aspect to keep ourselves fit is to have a clear routine and have good eating habits. In the olden days, people really managed their routines very well. The most interesting fact about this is that they did not even have a watch or a clock hanging in their homes. Then how were they able to manage time? These people could tell the time just by looking at the sky and the directions just by looking at the sun. In fact they had a lot of physical work to do. They had heavy breakfast in the morning since they worked in the fields. The lunch they had was light. Today, if we consult a physician, most probably the doctor would advise us the same except for one. So let go what the physician has to say. It is said the breakfast should always be heavy, as it has to provide us the energy for one whole day. The lunch needs to be very light so that we can carry over our work for the day. So talking about the difference, the dinner needs to be very light, as we would not be doing any work after dinner. It is very important for us to keep our digestion in place and hence it is always advised that our dinner has to be light. People who had followed this regularly have always kept themselves in good health. One more good advice from the physicians is that fruits, dry fruits, vegetables are very essential for adding rich protein and vitamins into our body and hence we are required to take in required calorie food to find ourselves healthy.
