Cushions are very ancient items of furniture, they date back to the Middle Ages.

Originally a cushion was quite large in size, and firm enough to serve as a seat.

In a modern and contemporary home, bold and strongly geometric cushion shapes may be considered.

The job of decorating with cushions gives you the option of being daring and highly experimental without over dominating a room.

You may choose a touch of exotic for a particular room with silk hand made cushions, or you may choose a striking contrast to a light coloured room with vivid and bold colours.

Whatever theme is decided upon a sense of style and comfort can be added to a particular area with the addition of quality cushions.
