A working home business idea can be the seed around which new things can be built. Because there is no tool for this job, the only chance is to think thoroughly your business and to visit the competing businesses regularly.

When an entrepreneur thinks the home business idea he can create a long list of things, which can solve the success problem. We can honestly say, that here only the imagination sets the limits.

1. Separate The Working Ideas.

As said above the starting point to the business development is the skill to analyze the business and to be able to separate the working elements from the bad ones. For this the working tracking tools are needed, but in the end of the day, only the thinking and the creativity will bring the answers. That is the nature of the home based business.

Let us take one simple example. A site has a blog as an added information source. After several blog posts, which all are well optimized, a blogger will find out, that the posts get a lot of comment writers and the writers start to interact with themselves. He will get an idea to concentrate on the blog, not on the site, which will become a side benefit to the visitor.

2. Keep The Successful Elements.

One way to follow how the visitor is moving on each page or inside the site, is Google Analytics. These results give guidance, where are the hot locations on the site and which locations do not work. The cold locations can still be important, because they can be the reasons, why the hot ones work so well.

3. Your Resources Has Limits.

The quality beats always the quantity in the internet marketing. It is not wise to establish a new page to the site, if the old pages do not work. Why to build more failing elements? The analyze skill is one of the most valuable skills, which an online business marketer can have.

4. Very Few Systems Honestly Work.

My experience is, that only one or two product links bring incomes and I have tens of them on my pages. But would they bring the results, if they were standing alone on the pages? Hardly! Actually I do not care, where the income comes from. But it took a long time before I found these links.

5. Keep The Winning System, But Try Some New Ones.

If you have elements, like AdSense ads and product links, which are working, you can still test new things on the pages. The site visitors like new things and the market offers a regular flow of new things, which you can try. You may find out, that the new things work for some time and suddenly the incomes will cease.
