Holland, Mi Chrysler Dealer Has A Successful April

Rebuilding much of their customer confidence after a few rough years in the auto industry and working to improve their product, Chrysler managed in April to increase sales by 25 percent over April 2009. This is a huge milestone for Chrysler and marks the first time sales have jumped this much from the previous years figures in over five years.
Holland new Chrysler dealer sales helped contribute to the total company sales of just over 95,000 for April, up nearly 20,000 from April of 2009. This increase is worth noting in the current economic climate and with Chrysler and General Motors both recently emerging from bankruptcy. In fact, for the first quarter Chrysler announced an operating profit of $143 million.
So how has a formerly bankrupt car company in a battered sales climate managed such numbers? Why has the car-buying public decided to put their trust back in the hands of the former auto giant? Well, apparently we believe Chrysler is sincere in their restricting, their marketing of more efficient vehicles and their attempt to freshen well-known models and come up with a few new ones.
Holland, MI Chrysler dealers are proud to be part of this sales surge and believe that with the new models Chrysler plans to launch later this year, such as the refreshed Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300 and Durango that sales will continue to increase.
Chrysler also plans to debut its first Fiat model, the 500 mini car, later this year. Customers at Holland new Chrysler dealer will be impressed with this ride. The new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, coming in July, will run on the Pentastar engine, a reworking of the Phoenix. It offers more power, better mileage and greater overall efficiency.
The fact that Chrysler has been savvy enough to keep reinventing favorites like the Charger and the Grand Cherokee shows that they are not only paying attention to what customers love, but also playing a bit on our nostalgia and sentimentality. My first car was a red Dodge Charger hatchback. It was easy to zip in a steal the best parking spots on my college campus and the back seat folded down so I could haul all my stuff home for break. The bucket seats and floor shift added a sporty touch. I have great memories of it and Chrysler would like to sell me the newest model. I just might take them up on it!
Whether this is a trend, a spike in the auto market or true recovery, we will not know for a few months. If Chrysler has anything say in the matter, and from the looks of their new model line up they will, the sales will continue to increase month after month.
