Are you planning ahead? Thinking about next years holidays? If you are then have a look at this before you book anything. Many couples and families alike seem to opt for holidays in Spain, Canaries or the Balearics. Providing a family friendly atmosphere, great beaches, soaring temperatures and are only a couple of hours away on a flight. Prices are being bumped up and it is increasingly becoming more commercialized due to more Brits travelling here.
Taking into consideration spending money etc, many people are coming to the conclusion that they may not be getting away this year or next, what with the recession hitting us all hard. There are however ways around this, if we open our eyes and look beyond Spain.
We all seem to think travelling to Spain would be the cheapest option for our family holidays, but thats not always the case!
I travelled to Goa earlier this year was blown away by the prices! Not only getting there but the cost of living when there. From fantastic beaches to friendly faces to superb local restaurants, and all at a fraction of the cost you would pay when in Spain, Goa has everything. Comparing this holiday to recent years when I have repeatedly travelled to Majorca, completely opened my eyes and now theres no looking back for me! You are getting such great value for money it would be a shame to let the long flight put families off. There are so many trips to enjoy and so much culture to take in, you can afford to do it all in Goa.
I travelled to Goa in April and would recommend going this time of year, its the end of season therefore is very quiet, very hot and you get the best prices!
budget Goa holidays really has got something to offer everyone, whatever the price range. I got a great deal this year and will be looking for the same next year, I had an unforgettable experience and will be returning as soon as possible.
