Holiday Rentals In Spain For Great Landmarks In Spain

By:

There are many Spanish landmarks: some are easily found and have plenty of historical information surrounding them, ideal for those on their HOLIDAY RENTALS IN SPAIN. Andalucia is filled with landmarks from the great castle at Granada, the Alhambra, to the Roman Bridge in Cordoba. While wandering around these great places, the traditions of Spain waft through the air like the wind itself. The climate and the countrys passionate people; tradition in the white villages hidden gems in the valleys up and down the valleys; the many cave houses still owned and worked from whole villages again in Andalucia. But there are many others around Spain.

You can travel to all parts be it along the Costa Blanca for example, filled with its monuments and traditional towns from Torrevieja up to Denia or inland to Orihuela. Each has its church or museum or even castles. There are nearly 10,000 castles in Spain, a vast majority of them in Castilla y Leon ranging from a time when the northern barons took on the might of the Muslims and each other. Each was fighting for his piece of land but eventually the whole of Spain covered, littered with these great castles: some atop hills in almost inaccessible places, others on the coastline from the times when the Burberry pirates that raided those lands just a few years back. It's alright: you are safe nowadays.

Then on top of all the landmarks and museums, there are the spectacular views the mountainous regions both in the north and the south. Of course Madrid is one of the highest cities in Europe: cold in the winter but dry and hot in the summer. And talking of winter resorts, skiing is hardly mentioned during the skiing reports on the news back in the UK but the furthest most southerly place in Europe happens to be in Andalucia in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. There are plenty of opportunities to ski right up until April and even then you could easily take a swim in the Mediterranean Sea at the end of a skiing day to cool off: sounds weird but its true. And as the rest of Europe hardly knows the areas to go, it's popular with the Spanish for their skiing holidays.

In addition to all these sights waiting to be seen and visited there are also plenty of opportunities to go boating, swimming, water skiing, diving and golfing for those with a lazy beach HOLIDAY RENTALS IN SPAIN.
