Hillreed Homes Unveils Spacious New Family Home Type At Kings Hill In Kent

House hunters hoping to find a property offering spacious family accommodation in Kent will be pleased to hear that leading regional housebuilder Hillreed Homes has unveiled a new three-bedroom house type at the Greenway phase of the Kings Hill development near West Malling. These Kent new homes have an unusual but appealing curved convex/concave footprint and offer over 1,200 sq ft of accommodation and three bathrooms, with a price tag of £329,950.

"We have been building homes for over 35 years and carefully monitor the requirements of our buyers," says Jo Richards, Marketing and Corporate Manager at Hillreed Homes.
