High-performance Handheld Gigabit Ethernet Tester

It conducts network testing, data packet capture, traffic generation, cable testing, network layer 1/2/3, BER testing and RFC2544 benchmark testing. It is of great help to the front-line field worker in analyzing network quality and in rapid fault location. It belongs to GAO's Network Tester family of products.
This handheld Gigabit Ethernet tester, model A0060001, identifies cable faults such as short circuits, open circuits and cable length. It provides dual electrical ports and optical ports and its test set includes port positioning, packet capture and loopback. The tester also has single and multi-station traffic generators and provides traffic filtration statistics at the receiver end. It boasts a large memory for the storage of settings and results. Equipped with a 4.3 in LCD color touch screen and smart navigation menus, this tester shows all test results graphically and numerically. The tester is compliant with IEEE802.3, RFC1242 and RFC2544 standards and can be upgraded on-line. In addition, it is able to connect with a computer via an external USB or Ethernet port for data exchange.
