Its not rocket science. Losing weight that is. It really comes down to your willpower and commitment to the task at hand. For some, the greatest challenge is saying no! to those sweet buttery office treats that always seem to make it by your office when youre at your peak sugar-craving hours. For others its harder to get out of bed to workout before their day begins. We all have our strengths and weaknesses when achieving our weight loss goals. It never hurts to review some losing weight tips on ways to make it easier


1. Pictures. As painful as it might sound, make sure you take a before photo of yourself. It might be depressing to look at, and a few of you might get teary-eyed looking at it. But this photo is added willpower for you to look at when you feel yourself caving for what you know deep down is not a good decision. Not to mention, think of how great youre going to feel when you can slide that after photo next to it. You wont regret taking it.

2.Supplements. Quite often when we start nourishing our bodies with good sources of supplements vitamins, minerals, protein and good fats our bodies will gradually release more of the bad stubborn fats you want it too!

3.Support. As Oprah once said it takes a village to raise a child well substitute children for weight loss and you need the same thing support! Its so much easier conquering a goal when you have people in your corner looking to do the same thing. Whether it is grocery shopping together or recipe exchanging. It really helps to have someone(s) in your corner when youre looking to lose weight quickly.

4.Labels. One of my all time favorite losing weight tips has to be educating my clients to read labels on food products. Too often were fooled by what the front of the package claims low fat, vitamin D enriched etc. we forget to read the actual ingredients. Not only to count calories but also to ensure youre not eating foods full of artificial preservatives. No matter how much weight you lose, your goal is to be healthy and not toxic.

5.Women vs. Men. Keep in mind that men tend to lose weight easier than woman. Its just a part of the physiological makeup of the sexes. So if youre weight loss support person(s) is on the male side of the spectrum, dont get discouraged if they are losing weight quicker than you.
