All you need to do is take them to a park or playground with some sporting equipment and you will get a great workout. Plus you will get to spend quality time with your kids. Basketball, playing catch with a baseball or softball, soccer, handball, bicycling, and tennis are but a few activities that you and your kids can both enjoy.

Walking a dog is another pleasurable way of exercising. Your dog will be healthier and love you all the more for the time you are spending with him.
