Have You Always Wanted To Visit Greece?

I know I have! It's not only one of the most popular countries to visit on holiday but it's also one of the most beautiful! I have always wanted to visit the Kefalonian Islands for as long as I can remember. In fact, it's still on my list! So I can assure you this is one place I have definitely done a lot of research on. On some sites I have visited for holiday packages the prices alone made me feel stressed out. How is it that so many people travel and yet they can afford to pay all this money?!?

Then, I came to a HUGE realization. For the most part, these people don't actually pay the prices I was seeing. A lot of people take another route and this is done by going to discount or cheap holiday sites. These can be found all over the net but each one varies in price so you might want to do a little research beforehand! Let's take a look at some of these awesome places!

Stefanos Studios and Apartments

Studios are located at a double floor building and are equipped with a bathroom with shower TV air conditioning at a charge kitchen and balcony or veranda. Bedding is provided and changed regularly. All kitchens are also fully equipped with a cooker microwave refrigerator and electric kettle. The apartments are placed on the ground floor and are ideal for families equipped with air conditioning one bedroom with a double bed and a living area with two twin beds couch kitchenette and a dining room table.

Pythos Apartments

Pythos consists of spacious and comfortable apartments and includes double twin and family rooms. Each apartment is fully equipped with private shower or bath WC kitchen kitchenette balcony and or porch ensuring to satisfy all guests.

2 bedroom apartments are in a mezzonette style with 1 sitting room in the ground level with a sofa where 2 children can sleep and a bathroom and on the upstairs level there are 2 bedrooms with AC on extra charge. There is also 1 one bedroom apartment with a sitting room bathroom kitchenette and a separate bedroom. Studios have pool or garden view and apartments have side pool view.

Sandy Beach Villas and Apartments

Optional extras such as transfers can be added once you select a package. The Apartments are named after places on the Island with the unique charm. Assos is the most picturesque Village dominated by a Venetian Castle on the northeast coast. Erissos is the greenest area of Kefalonia famous for the superb views and delicious cheese. Melissani a phenomenon of nature, a spectacular Cave in the middle of which there is an open Lake.

Fiscardo is the only Traditional Village. Yachts and other sea craft have discovered the small-enclosed haven and moor there while enjoying the exquisite fish Restaurants. The Apartments on the ground floor are for 2 person's, but one extra Bed can be added. They comprise of one Bedroom, a Living/Kitchen Area, Air Conditioning, Colour TV and a Bathroom.

Villas:
Myrtos Villa is completely independent (55 sq. metres) with Air Conditioning, one Bedroom with Double Bed, Bathroom and a Living/Dining Room with a fully equipped Kitchen. The Villa is for 2 person's, but an Extra Bed can be added. It is located on the ground floor with a big Patio, overlooking the Garden. Myrtos is the longest, fantastic beach on the Island, perfect for a romantic couple. The Kephalonians claim that nowhere else is there a sunset to touch the beauty of the one at the Gulf of Myrto.

Ammes Villa is 100 sq. metres with two very spacious Bedrooms, one with Double Bed and the other with two Single Beds (2 Extras Beds can be added), a Dining/Living Room with a large fully equipped Kitchen, Private Barbecue, a Traditional Oven for tasty food and bread and a huge Veranda with unlimited panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. We have named the Villa after the exceptionally fine, clean sandy beach in front of the Apartments. It can accommodate up to 4 person's.

Price per person varies per accommodation but it was around 439.51 GBP because it's a four star location. These are really nice. I especially liked the Villas because they are more private. So you could go here by yourself, with your partner or even with a group of people if you chose to.

The prices are good for all kinds of people in all kinds of different situations. If you bring more people you would be able to split the cost between everyone and still have enough money for other things like food and souvenirs. These are the kinds of holidays you want and these are the kinds of holidays that are available. So get to it! See where you want to go and make plans!
