The question of the day is why do we focus all our attention on the things we don't want. It's so easy for us to say I don't want this and I don't want that. We need to spend our time thinking about the things we Do want and the things we Do like. With a little practice we can have a laser like focus on our dreams and goals.

In our modern day society we find it easier to complain on a day to day basis about our jobs and the economy and the things we fear most. We often worry about not having enough money or that our relationships won't work out. When these thoughts start to occur, our survival instincts kick in and we feel it necessary to protect ourselves. But when all is said and done, it is just as easy to focus on all the things we do want as it is to focus on the things we don't want.

If you can learn to harness all your attention on the positive things in life, your worries and concerns will unexplainably be resolved and things will start to go smoother and better. Sometimes it can take a while to get in the habit of tossing out negative thoughts and replacing them with positive thoughts, but once you start new opportunities and solutions will be presented to you in ways that you would've never thought possible.

Here is a little analogy to help you understand. If your car is pointed to New York and you want to go to Los Angeles it will be a little hard to get to your destination. So all you need to do is turn the wheels and get the car going in the right direction. Sometimes you may start to drift and all you need to do is adjust the wheel and get back on course. It sounds so simple and the truth is IT IS.

It is just as easy to do with your thoughts. Change your attitude and behavior and you will change the course of your life and it can and will take you to places that you never knew possible. Your emotions are a very strong driving force in your life. So use your positive emotions to get what you want and where you want to go.

Once you start to put into practice these simple tactics you will notice a change. Whether you believe and a mysterious mythical power of the the law of attraction or not, you will notice a change in your life. When one is happy and chooses to be happy even in times of sorrow, people will notice and you will spread that cheer like wildfire to all those who are around you. The most important thing is be grateful for what you have, have a clear image and purpose that you want to achieve and take steps everyday to achieve your goals.
