Hair Loss - Conventional And Natural Treatment

By:

The great thing about natural treatment for hair loss is that it is mainly composed of natural ingredients. Unlike synthetic hair loss treatment products, natural treatments don't have any known harmful side effects.

Onion juice and honey remedy for hair loss: prepare a hair-growing elixir by combining 1/4 cup of onion juice with one tablespoon of honey; massage the scalp with the mixture every day. Massage the scalp nightly with an oil mixture made of one part rosemary oil and two parts almond oil. Asian remedy for hair loss - rub sesame oil on your scalp every night, cover with a cap or old towel; in the morning wash with an herbal shampoo, rinse with a solution of one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in one quart of water.

Massage aloe gel or coconut milk into hair and scalp. Leave for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Repeat this treatment 3 times per week.

In order to keep the hair healthy, you need to know that it should be properly nourished. For this to happen, the blood flowing in the scalp should be nutrient rich.

Circulation to the scalp is important. One patient reported that he used coconut oil on his hair and scalp for a year and during that time his hair became thicker and he hade more of it on the top of his head where he had been receding a bit; good as a hair gel too. Apple cider vinegar used as a hair rinse may stimulate hair growth.

Drink water mixed with 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar together with meals for 2-3 weeks. For the best results, drink 1 to 3 cups of the tea every day in conjunction with taking either saw palmetto or stinging nettle and pygeum. You will achieve noticeable results within a few weeks to months, depending on the severity of your condition.

Some herbs can be eaten or can be taken as a drink, while there are also other herbs that you can use externally. Try using aloe vera as a hair rinse. Not only that this will keep your scalp healthy, but will also stimulate your hair follicles to grow hair.

In your regular shampoo mix 3 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon tea tree oil and 1 teaspoon eucalyptus oil. Apply this solution and cover your head tightly with a plastic bag for half an hour and then rinse it off. This can be used as a remedy to fight off these invaders.
