Check the spelling:

Sometimes English is a funny language. If you replaced or missed any letters, the meaning of the whole sentence would go wrong. The quality of communication:

Do not use critical abbreviation which they may not understand. Avoid using abbreviation, if possible. Or else, use abbreviation globally popular.

Prompt reply:

On top of every thing, you should reply to all the email within 24 hours or one business day. No matter if you could not get the response with in this time line, you should at least mention the time frame to find out the answer and the apologies for not being able to respond it with in 24 hours. Many clients would wait patiently to get your response as long as you assured a time frame for reply. This would increase the value of your customer service.
