Microsoft released dot Net and with the release forced developers to think of web development as the number one job description of the future.

To Delphi developers, this release signaled a new dawn that made a number of options available to them. Below is a list of tools to aide you in your web development projects. These range from true RAD tools to http enabled VCL components.

Intraweb

Intraweb web development tool allows developers the flexibility of building application using Javascript and standard HTML without prior knowledge of the two languages. This tool allows one to build a web app. in a similar manner that a typical windows application is built, it runs on a browser with the support of standard HTML and javascript. No Java or other plug-in required.

ExpressWeb

This tool lets you leverage your Delphi skills using the same Method, Property and Event model present in Delphi that supports the creation of web apps and websites. All you've got to do is choose web components (label, text box) from the Palette and drop them in the desinger, select properties, write event handlers in the Object Pascal then compile and it's ready for deployment to your preferred web server.
