LED Development
LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) were first discovered in 1927. Decades later experimenters began developing LED technology into what it is today, creating the first red LEDs in 1962. By 1972 the efficiency of these red LED's had increased by 10x, at which point they became a practical technology for commercial applications. The first commercially-used LED's replaced incandescent and neon indicator lamps, as they lacked the output necessary to illuminate an area. As time went on and LED materials became more advanced, light output increased to a level that could be used for illumination, and the age of LED was born.
Since the 1960's the efficiency and light output of LED's have increased exponentially, doubling every 36 months similar to Moore's Law. This trend is now known as Haitz's law, which continues on to this day.

LED Grow Lights
By 2005, efficiency and light output of LED's had increased to the level where they were finally capable of replacing other forms of lighting. Soon after 2005, companies all over the world began developing new products on the platform of LED, one of which is the LED Grow Light. By the year 2010, the market became flooded with LED Grow Lights, nearly all of which received poor reviews due to the false promises made by the companies selling them.
It's sad but true that most companies selling LED Grow lights have done no development on them whatsoever, relying instead on progress made by Chinese manufacturers who never grow any plants with their products. The easiest way to spot these companies is by looking for "Tri-Band" or "Quad-Band" in their product description or the use of wide-angle (low intensity) 120 degree lenses in their products. These are dead giveaways that the product you are considering was not developed by the company marketing it.

Quantum LED Grow Lights
Quantum LED Grow Lights from
Grow Stealth LED are unlike any other LED Grow Light on the market. These Grow Lights use a unique 5-band or 6-band spectrum, depending on the needs of the end user. Grow Stealth LED's 5-band design will bring any plant from seed through harvest, without any need for a separate veg/bloom light, whereas their 6-band design improves flowering response, increases yields up to 30%, and increases THC production in Cannabis plants!
Grow Stealth LED's unique Quantum balancing enables their LED Grow Lights to perform unlike any other. Quantum efficiency addresses the number of photons required for the formation of one oxygen molecule in photosynthesis ( a byproduct of CO2, Water, and Light). Many scientists have believed plants absorb little to no light in the 500-600nm region of PAR, however new research shows that this region plays a vital role in growth times, yield, and photosynthetic efficiency.
Research published by NASA confirms that when the 3 regions of PAR (400-500nm, 500-600nm, 600-700nm) are properly balanced, the entire growth cycle can be reduced by 25%, with a subsequent yield increase of 30%. What this means is more yield in less time, making Quantum

Grow Stealth LED
Grow Stealth LED has also gone the extra mile by delivering true 3W LEDs in their products, to provide the full intensity your plants need to flourish. Their 90 degree lens intensifies this light even more, concentrating it into a focused area for plants to grow beneath. Switching to Grow Stealth LED Grow Lights will reduce your power bills by up to 70%, while eliminating the need for costly HID bulb replacements.
