Green Week 2009 is nearing and will be held at the Charlemagne building in Brussels, Belgium and this is a yearly conference. This conference will focus on a new United Nations agreement that will replace the Kyoto Protocols that are currently in place. The discussion about the Kyoto Protocol will conclude at Copenhagen in December at their climate conference. This conference will take a look at what the world and what would be needed to be done to bring climate change under control from different sections such as the greenhouse gas emissions and how to cut them down as much as possible.,

It will also look at the need to climate proof the economy of the world against the climate change and its impact on the world as well as the need to address the wider ecosystem and how to address the climate change here. This event will provide participants with the unique opportunity for exchanges of experience, debate and best practices from various levels of government and the public, non-governmental organizations and businesses will all be included in the discussions on global warming, climate change and the impact not only on Denmark but also around the world as a whole. This is a four day conference that starts on Tuesday June 23 and lasts until Friday, June 26.

The featured participant of this conference will be the Confederation of Danish Industry. This is the leading employers and business association in Denmark within the manufacturing community. The featured project for this conference is the Energy tours and is a tour of energy projects that showcase different ways of conserving energy as well as using alternative fuels for fueling businesses and homes. This will be a conference with a lot of teeth and discussion about the best way to create the successor to the Kyoto Protocols and will involve many minds from business, government and the public.
