For bulges and areas like this, you require exercise. Green tea does have some very useful ingredients that will increase your metabolism but green tea is not a miracle.
The best combination one can adopt is living a healthy life, which will full of nutrition and accompany that by a daily routine of exercise. If you want to drink green tea for weight loss, we suggest that you remove any oily and fatty foods that you have on a daily basis and replace it with some healthier foods. The ideal food intake should consist of fruits and vegetables with the least minimum intake of fats and carbs. Also, try increasing the amount of wholegrain food items you have.
