President Obama is urging moms to get back in school. In order to help them out in this troubled economy, his plan of attack is issuing a new program called Scholarships for Moms.


To entice the moms the Federal Pell Grant funds were increased to $5,500. The additional grant money will let more single moms attend college.


Thousands of dollars in a scholarship by Obama for moms will greatly help defray many college costs. The economy will become stronger with more moms working because in part of the $5500 Pell grant that made it possible for them to attend college, get a good degree and enter the job market. Trying to juggle time and money for the busy single mom makes the decision to sign up for the on line option the obvious choice. When the kids are asleep mom goes into motion as a college student. Moms education can be obtained in a near by college, distant university or a convenient on line site which ever fits the needs of the mom at that time.


A $10,000 scholarship will be offered to the moms who did not qualify for the Pell grant. Due to the popularity of this program, only a select amount of moms who register will be receiving the scholarship. Back to school moms require the scholarship money to offset the numerous expenses of going to college. Along with allowing Americans the opportunity to achieve a higher education, this will help stimulate the deteriorating economy. College costs are large and moms will need more than the $10,000 scholarship to cover all expenses there by helping the economy grow by putting their dollars in the education field. Higher degrees are necessary to succeed in today's competitive job market. Moms are improving themselves and their families by working for a college degree and a better position in life. This scholarship program is so popular that it has a very positive image attached to it.
