Teenagers are in the most central time of physical improvement and culture studying. Amount of parents want their kids to get good heath and study effectively. When grow up, they will make contribution to the other people. In the durance of puzzle brain, young boys and girls have to develop a good living habits on the one hand; and to build a suitable match but only in eating but also in absorbing nourishment for another.
We must eat well in the morning. There is a proverb that eating well in the morning, eating full in the noon and eating less in the evening. For the early morning is very anxious, some kids are lazy and they don't have enough time to eat. Thus, brain gets a big damage. On account of the lack of food, blood sugar will decrease, and less nutrition for the brain. While the morning is the busiest school time and the brain have to be fulfilled. In a long-term, both lessons and the development of brain will get decrease. In the breakfast, the fresh milk is suitable, because it not only has high-quality protein but also have the necessary lecithin that the brain need in the development.
People should guarantee a good sleep. Sleep is a stage of brain rest and adjustment. Sleep not only can keep brain cells away from failure but also can supply the energy which has been consumed. So, the brain cortex excitement and inhibitory procedure can find a new bridge. Good sleep is a key role to enhance the foundation of memory. Teenager should keep eight hours sleep time. At the mean time, people should pay attentions to that don't cover the head when sleeping. Because when you fall asleep, with the increasing of the carbon dioxide density; the oxygen density drops unceasingly. In the similar way, the brain will be injured by prolonged polluted air.
Adequate water is very valuable for people. Water is the most important role of human being. During to analysis, water insufficiency is a substantial clue to the increasing of the speed of brain. Teenagers must assure drink eight glasses of water to keep health.
We should participate in more sports to make us strongly. Through the physical training, our bones and muscles can become strong and developed; which is useful to promote the growth of visceral organs.
What is the capital matter to us is never bring illness to go to job. In poor condition or getting ill, we'd better have a rest. In this condition, if we keep on learning we will learn nothing but the lower efficiency.
Custom has huge energy. People always redo the similar matters which occupy about ninety percent movements, which transform to a programming inertia little by little. The actions are self-moving behaves. Habit changes people's life every moment. They distinguished group in each field such as successful lawyer, salesman, doctor and so on. They are all having the same characteristics, that is, a good habit. Success is the same easy as what we thought before. Building a good habit everyday and keep on it in the future, and then the success can be expected soon. It is not hard to keep a good habit, but to insist on it. It is the combination of confidence and willpower, and we can be brilliant after doing that.
