Condyloma is not a serious or dangerous disease, but it can cause trouble when having intercourse, making it very painful and stressful. Condyloma can in most cases disappear by itself. When you treat the disorder, a prescription drug is usually used in form of a cream or a lotion.

Cancer in the genital area can be caused from the virus. About 40 out of the 100 most frequent HPV-forms, attacks the genital area of women. Some of them forms warts or condyloma while others can cause alterations in the cell growth as in turn can lead to cancer in different organs.
