Good Facial Cleansers

By:

If you are looking for multiple options for face cleansers, head to your local big box retailer and take
your pick. The more difficult task is determining which cleanser is the best face wash for you. When searching,
you need to keep in mind the type of skin you have. You can always go to your department store to pay more, but it
isn't required.

When looking for a facial cleanser you have to consider your skin type. Some people have dry skin. Others have
oily skin. Those with combination skin types experience areas of dryness along with oily patches. You may find
your skin is sensitive to certain dyes, chemicals, or fragrances used in a face wash. And of course, there are
those that are concerned with skin blemishes.

I've found one skin cleanser that is great for all skin types. It's called Purpose and is created by Johnson &
Johnson. This facial cleanser is soap free and oil-free. It also doesn't contain any fragrances. Johnson &
Johnson has been a trusted name for generations. This product can be found at your local drugstore for an average
cost of around $6.00.

You may recall your
grandmother's nightly skin routine where she would slather her face with Pond's Cold Cream. To cleanse your face
nightly and remove makeup residue, this is still a tried and true product. If you only use soap and water, you
will often experience a tightness of your skin. This cleanser removes the dirt, and the moisturizer works
overnight to help keep your skin feeling soft.

My daughter has
dealt with acne since puberty. I used to purchase the celebrity endorsed products for acne that cost around
$50.00. Now that I've discovered Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash, I've found it does the job just as well and costs
considerably less. This face wash was marked as a winner in 2010 by readers of Allure magazine. The product
contains salicylic acid to fight acne, and incorporates ale and chamomile to help smooth the skin. This product
can also be purchased at your local drugstore.

No one in my house has to deal with the issues of dry skin.
However, I did some research and learned that Cetaphil Gentle Daily Cleanser has been repeatedly chosen as a good
choice for a cleanser for those with dry skin issues. You don't have to get this one at the department store
either. For several years in a row, it also topped Allure magazine's list of best ranked facial cleanser. It runs
around $10.00.

For those
that are environmentally minded, you can turn to nature for your facial cleanser. A trip to the supermarket will
give you several more options for face cleansers. Plain yogurt is a good cleanser and helps open the pores. If
you need some natural moisturizers try olive oil, honey, and avocado. A dime-sized pinch of an aloe vera plant
will also do the trick.

No matter what skin type you are dealing with, there
are affordable choices. To find the best face wash for your skin type, just take a little time to research or give
the ones above a try. Clean healthy skin doesn't have to cost a fortune.
