Goa is a one of the smallest states of India and is also one of its most enchanting. One of the last places that the Portuguese occupied in India, there is much to remind us of its colonial days. From the Christian cuisine one can expect to see such dishes as ambok tik, arroz doce, balchao, canja de galinha, croquettes, roast beef, roast tongue, sorpotel, pattoe, sanna, solantule kodi, vindaloo and bebik.
