One thing's for certain about a half-term holiday they're over all too quickly.

Given the modern, highly-pressured environments that our schools have become, children well deserve their weeks away from those demands, when they can have the chance to let off some steam, and rediscover what it's like not to have their lives ruled by clocks and timetables.
