Payslip a term for a piece of paper an employee receives, which shows how much money has the person earned and what are the taxations and insurance costs were take out for the particular period of time. It is a legal evidence for the transaction that the company or an individual has given the employee the compensation for the work they have done for the time. This is somehow the record for this transaction. The company is obliged to issue payslip on the day of payment to its workers and employees. It can be either electronic version or the hard copy. It should be issued for and given to the employees that are going to leave also.

Traditional payslip includes many details. First of all, it should have the name of the employee on it, with the definition of the department and organization he or she works for. Also, identification number of the employee should be included in the document.

Secondly, the document should show the period of time payslip covers and also the date of the issuance of the document. Also the gross pay and the net pay should be included in the document. If the employee is paid an hourly rate, payslip should show the hours worked for the last day in the pay period and thus the amount of pay per hour worked. If there are any penalties, fines or allowances for the employee, they should be listed in the documented and subtracted from the gross pay.

Actually, it is more comfortable to make electronic version of payslip and just simply send them to the employees on their electronic mails, rather than make hard copies of them and hand them out to every employee or send by the conventional mailing system. It would reduce cost and time. However, you should secure the confidentiality of the employees and do not give possibility to see other employees payslip. Also, you should provide them with the printer in private environment, so that he or she would not have to print the document out in the place with many people. In addition, just provide the document to be in the easily printable template.
