Get Your Girlfriend Back After A Breakup - How To Deal With It The Right Way

The days and the nights that immediately follow a breakup with your girlfriend are tough to deal with. Songs come on the radio when you are driving in the car and they make you think about her. You don't want to admit it, but without her, you are feeling like a mess. And you keep on getting the nagging feeling in the pit of your stomach that she might not be coming back. You might have to deal with the fact that she is GONE for good and that is something that you really cannot handle right at the moment.

The way that you handle yourself right after breaking up will have a huge effect on whether or not you win her back. If the breakup causes you to just get depressed and feel like you cannot do anything at all to have fun, then you are pretty much sealing the deal on your own fate. She is NOT going to come back to you if all she sees is a depressed guy.

Here's what you need to do right after a breakup:

1. You need to give yourself a little enjoyment.

One of the worst things that a man can do right after a breakup, is to let himself go. A woman knows when a guy is feeling like this, they can spot it from a mile away. And it does not make them feel attraction, it makes them feel pity and maybe even a little sorry for the way that things went down. But that sorry feeling is not going to pull her back, it's only going to make her want to stay away from you. So, for your sake and for the sake of being able to win her back, you NEED to be able to get out and enjoy yourself for a little while.

2. You need to "reinvent" the way that you appear to your ex girlfriend.

I am not talking about changing everything about yourself, but if your girlfriend broke up with you, then there is a good reason for that. At some point, she stopped seeing you as a guy that she had to be with, and started to see you as a guy that she was not really sure of whether or not she should be in a relationship with. You want to giver her the feeling that you ARE a guy that she should not even hesitate to get back with, and to do that, you have to change the way that she sees you.
