Get Slim Without A Gym

Time and Money are the top two excuses as to why people do not get in shape. Well, that is all about to change because I am going to reveal to you 3 ten minute workouts that will help you to get in shape without taking up your time or your money. You can get slim without the gym.

But, before I begin revealing these workouts, you need only to choose one workout. You will only be doing this workout for 10 minutes. How ever many 10 minute slots you can find in a day whether it is one, two or three times a day it doesn't matter, you will get slim without the gym.

With each of these exercises, you will go as fast as you possibly can for 30 seconds and then go at a slower rate for 30 seconds until you have completed a 10 minute session. You will burn more calories working out this way than you ever would working out at a gym for 30 minutes.

VERY IMPORTANT---Always do at least 5 - 8 minutes of stretches before and after each session.

Choose a Workout

Steps: Here you will run up and down the steps (Doesn't matter how many steps) as fast as you can for 30 seconds. Then, walk up and down the stairs at your normal pace for 30 seconds. Do this until you have completed your 10 minute cycle.

Football Run: Now with this one, you will have your feet about shoulder length apart, bend your knees slightly as if you were going to sit down. For the first 30 seconds you will run in this position as fast as you can. After the first 30 seconds you will stand straight up and just march at a normal pace. Continue until you have completed a 10 minute cycle.

Mountain Climb: This exercise is a gem. I love this one! For this one you will bring your knees up high, one at a time. While you are bringing up your right knee, you will reach as high as you can with your left hand and vice versa. When you do the first 30 seconds, which is as fast as you can go, you will be hopping as if you were running by bringing those knees up high. The second 30 seconds you will just march at a normal pace and still be reaching upward as you march, alternating your hands. Keep going until you have completed your 10 minute cycle.

I guess the one thing I left out was to tell you to have a towel handy. You will need it. Just try one of these exercises for 7 days. Prove to yourself that you can do it. You can get slim without the gym. Step on the scale before you start this week. Then, weigh yourself on that 7th day and see the amazing results for yourself. You will be astonished by what you will see.
