It is very possible, even probable, that slim people have stubborn belly fat that they need to get rid of too. It doesn't matter though, if you are slim or overweight, if you decrease the amount of food you eat, in other words your calorie intake, you will start to get rid of belly fat. Your first pounds will come off easily, but you will find those last few pounds will be harder to get rid of.

Sometimes you can become desperate and frustrated, and will decide the get rid of belly fat with surgery. If you are more that 100 pounds overweight, you might be a good candidate for surgery. It is too bad that the most stubborn fat on the body seems to be belly fat. Doctors tell us that is is the most harmful fat found on the body is belly fat. This is a very good reason to get rid of that belly fat, no matter what your body type tends to be. You will be rewarded with a healthy, attractive body.

If there were statistics, for the most desired place to lose fat from, the abdominal area will most likely be the absolute winner. It is possible that more trivial exercise, like walking, will not help much, unless you are obese and you need to lose fat from all over your body.

By eating small portions of food very frequently, you will get rid of body fat. Research is not completely clear on why belly fat is so bad for your health.
