Get Rid Of Belly Fat With Five Foods

By:

Getting rid of belly fat seems to be very difficult. Even though many people know what they should eat and what they should not eat, a lot do not know why they should be eating e.g. fruit and vegetables and staying away from starchy carbs when they want to lose belly fat. Often you get told to do this and that but wouldn't it be nice to know why? Why would it good to eat this food and why would eating that food be bad! In the following I will look at five different foods and explain why they will help you lose belly fat.

The first food on my list is peanut butter. That is to say nearly all nuts and seeds are good. Walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and many many more are all foods that should be a big part of your diet. The reason being that they keep you full and satisfied for long periods of time and they are filled with healthy, belly-burning fats and minerals. Almonds it seems use more calories to digest than they bring to the body as energy.

Next, there are several vegetable that are very good for you. They are filled with phytonutrients, like indple-3-corbin (I3C) which help to fight against environmantal estrogens that can add belly fat and antioxidents that help to fight the free radicals that attack your immunity. The main vegetables that would be recomended are cauliflower, brussel sprouts, broccoli, kale and cabbage. Eating several of these vegetables each time you eat prenvents you from filling up with stachy carbs, like rice, and inso reducing your intake of starch.

Oatmeal, my third food, is packed with fibre and whole-grain goodness. Avoid the processed, high-sugar, quick to cook junk that is so readily available, and stay with the slow cooking oats. Eat it raw with milk, seeds, berries, nuts and natural sweetner or cooked with cinnamon and natural sweetner or with berries, nuts and seeds. And you have a plateful of goodness to start the day and keep you going all morning.

Beans are another of my favourites. Beans are full of goodness. A natural source of protein and fibre. Fibre being a vital part of the diet that actually binds fats with it as it passes through the body instead of the fat being stored. Navy beans, black beans and lima beans all have 6 or more grams of fibre per half cup. Fibre can clean the system of toxic waste and reduce your belly bulge in a big way.

Lastly, I will mention cinnamon. Researchers have found that cinnamon contains a type of antioxidant that increases insulin sensitivity and effectively helps to stabilise blood sugar. Putting it simply... you will store less fat in your belly when you add cinnamon to your diet.

There you have five of the foods that should be eaten as a part of your diet when belly fat is a problem.
