Get Ready For A Great Day

When you feel positive you feel light and joyful and aren't depressed. You bounce out of bed in the morning and into the shower to get ready for a great day. You sing along with the radio while you have a healthy breakfast and feel that life is good. You are full of expectations for the wonderful day you are going to have.

You feel that life is full to the brim of awful things, it is like one big struggle. From starting off being bad the day goes downhill. You feel that in the future you will not achieve anything in your life of any value because you don't now. It is just pointless and there is no real point in continuing. Life holds no meaning and you feel empty. You often feel like you are on the edges of the world watching these happy people getting on with their day and there is no room for you.

When you feel positive you feel light and joyful and aren't depressed. To get ready for a great day you bounce out of bed in the morning and into the shower. Whilst you have a healthy breakfast you sing along with the radio and feel that. For the wonderful day you are going to have you are full of expectations.

So what is the difference between these two feelings? It is the state of your life energy. Your life will be miserable when your energy flow is too. Until you change the flow of your life energy nothing you can do will change it. You cannot be depressed being filled with positive energy. You won't lie there waiting for life to pass by as you will be too involved in it to waste time like this.

Look after your energy, you must. Negativity is catching and let's face it with the current economic crisis there is a lot of it about. Start nourishing your energy levels if you are feeling down. Eat proper meals and get enough sleep. Once you have started to take some exercise, you will feel better.

Plaster a smile on your face. Get and start watching some funny DVDS? Stop watching the news and reading the newspapers as bad news sells. Don't read horror and murder mysteries but buy some inspirational books about people who have beaten life and succeeded. People like Helen Keller or self made millionaires like Steve Jobs, Donald Trump. Get and listen to some self help tapes.

To avoid being depressed you have to improve your energy levels.
