Get On The Dance Floor With Some Music From A Nyc Wedding Band!

If you have ever had a wedding or a party you should know by now that the music is one of the most important things along with the food and the decor. I don't think I could EVER have a party or a wedding without music! It just sets the mood right. I really do think music makes a party and so will your guests. If you live in the New York area and you are going to have a celebration of some sort you better make sure you have NY live music for parties or your guests just may leave earlier!

The cool thing about the live music is that you will usually have two options with one New York agency for wedding entertainment. You can either have live music - as in a band that will play for you with actual instruments and vocalists. Or you can have a DJ who will obviously play music from a pre-recorded CD or record. The DJ or the live music is nice for parties like birthdays, bat/bar mitzvah, Graduation party, frat party, anniversary, retirement party, Xmas party, moving away party, bachelor party or any other party you can possibly think of!

Personally I think that the NYC wedding band would be a terrific option for the wedding either the actual ceremony or the reception. As aforementioned the band is comprised of instruments and vocalists, but this doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be something like classical, opera or Italian music. I think a lot of people automatically assume because its a live band, then they MUST just play that kind of music. But you are wrong! Look at some of these songs I saw on one site:

There are also other options as well not mentioned above such as Ethnic music like Irish, Italian, Polish (polka!), Russian, Jewish, you name it they have it! Usually the site online is going to have a song list, but if you want something and don't see it on the actual list, just contact them and ask them if they can play it or not. Maybe if you are having a wedding Anniversary for your grandma and grandpa they would like old standards like Johnny Mathis or Glen Miller - and you can't find it on the list - ask them and I can almost bet that they will be able to do it for them! Everyone is sure to have so much MORE fun if you have some sort of music available!
