Keep your knees together and slightly bend your legs and use your abdomen for power. Raise your feet until it is leveled with your waist and hold the position. You should contract your abs while in this position for about five seconds and lower it slowly while keeping your abs contracted.

By doing these lower ab workout everyday, you will be sure that your abdominal section will feel tighter and flatter, giving you a healthy-looking, flat tummy. You will also be able to maintain this by eating a healthy diet with high protein and low carbohydrates even after you have reached your desired body.
