Get A Flat Stomach - No More Yo Yo Dieting - Learn Go Go Foods & Avoid The No No Foods!

You are really working hard to get a flat stomach as you have just been invited to a really fabulous wedding but nothing seems to be working.

Why - because you have been trying and trying but you just cannot seem to get a flat stomach. Nothing is working. You feel you have tried EVERYTHING. Diet pills, supplements, exercises, ab crunches, stomach crunches, ab machines, ab belts, the list goes on.

You have tried the latest fad diets only to end up losing and regaining the same 10 pounds (and then some) over and over again. You're left starved... feeling depressed... and even heavier than when you started. Dieting can actually make you fat. When you eat less, your body thinks its starving and will start to conserve body fat instead of burning body fat. And where does it like to store this fat? You guessed - on your stomach.

Most people lose weight but not body fat. If you actually lose weight on most of the fad diets out there, you lose mostly water... not fat . You're not getting healthier... You're just getting dangerously dehydrated! There are foods that you can really GO GO with. Go wild on foods with a high water content. Here are some examples, fruit excluding bananas, vegetables such as celery, cucumber, spinach, peppers and crispy lettuce.

No No foods are any foods that are high in fat, especially hidden or saturated fats. Do your best to avoid anything fried in saturated fat such as deep fried foods. Some foods contain hidden fats. Knowledge is power, start reading the labels on the foods you normally buy - you might be surprises to learn how much fat they can actually contain.

Next on the list are carbonated drinks, beer and energy drinks. Many of the drinks you take are sugary drinks, which are made from artificial sugar. This compound converts to fats much faster than you can think of, and your stomach will become a storehouse for these fats. So, you must avoid sugary drinks in order to get a flat stomach. Avoid carbonated drinks, "diet" drinks, "energy drinks and beer. Just think of all the money you will save.

Drink water instead, not only will you feel better but it will help you stay hydrated. A well hydrated body functions more efficiently and will metabolise food faster - bringing you one step closer to your goal - get a flat stomach.
