Gary Allan Tough All Over Contemporary Country Music Cd Review

Gary Allan, the richly talented Contemporary Country artist has released him latest CD titled Tough All Over and Wow! It's good.

Refreshingly, this was one of those CDs I was able to just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Contemporary Country music fans will recognize some of the well known contributors on the project including Eric Darken and Steve Nathan plus a few other notables as well.

I'm of the opinion that Tough All Over is certainly Gary Allan's best work in a few years. A totally enjoyable CD and an outstanding release. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up because it's a collection that even the casual Contemporary Country fan can appreciate and enjoy.

While the entire CD is really very good some of my favorites are track 1 - Tough All Over, track 7 - Life Ain't Always Beautiful, and track 12 - Putting My Misery On Display

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 9 - What Kind Of Fool. Great track!
