Meg Ryan (Sally) sets the stage for one of the most notorious performance, in Hollywood history, while in the center of a NYC deli, she fakes one of the best orgasms and proves to Harry that a woman can fake an orgasm and a man not know. Turning to the waitress, a single woman looks at her stating, "I'll have what she's having".
