For example: Trading systems with live demo statements made for advertisement purposes only, showing no losses in an entire month or more due to the excessive stop loss setting and far out of proportion to the relatively small profits taken. This factor coupled with leverage so seriously out of balance in proportion to the profit potential that just a few full losses would devastate any live funded account.

One of the major complaints we've observed on the trading blogs is the seemingly total lack of vetting being done by these signal service providers that offer systems that look great on paper but inevitably blow up during every major market shift.
