I went to this company to their branches near where I live in Scotland. I went to have my Ford Transit Van Serviced there and I was very happy with the high quality service I received. When waiting for my van to be services i decided to check out the used Ford vans in stock that have been backed by
Ford Direct in Scotland.
When I had my service completed it turns out that I needed some repair work done to parts of my van. As soon as this was discovered the company contacted me and explained what would need to be done. They then told me about the costs and answered any questions I had. I was happy with their process to repair my van so I gave them the go ahead.
Whilst my van was being repaired I had no other means of transport so I explained this to the company. They offered me a free courtesy vehicle for the period of time my van was being fixed for at no extra cost to myself.
When I got my van back I was very happy with the repair work done and all at a very reasonable cost.
The staffs were very friendly and very helpful with explaining anything I did not understand. I was so happy with my experience with them that I have recommended them to friends and now use them for my companies other vehicles now that we have expanded.
Every time I take a vehicle there the service is excellent and all to a high quality standard.
