If you are suffering from zits or acnes, you should give special attention to the foods that you take every day. Most of peoples consult to a dermatologist for the treatment and take the medicine prescribed by them but they dont give any special attentions about their foods. Its good to use other treatments like proper cleansing, effective lotions and antibiotics but without proper dietary plan, you cant get rid of acnes or zits on your skin. Even temporarily, you will be able to remove the pimples at your skin by other treatments which have been mentioned in the above, but it will get back after sometimes if you dont give special attention to your dietary plan.

It will be great to start with the restricted diet plan and as soon as your acne problem gets smaller, you can try with foods that you removed from your menu. You should always make a balance between your diets that what to eat and what not to eat. You should not be too hard about your foods but it will great to know what food can cause what problems in your body and will be able to accept cause and effects. Now, have a glance on the foods that may cause acne problem for your skin:

Chocolates in any form.
Dairy products.
Pizza.
Less sugar Consume less sweets products that are ideal for acne problem.
Nuts and nut made products such as peanut butter.
Salty foods Like chips, French fries etc. If you want to eat salt, use it while cooking.
Less fried foods Enjoy fried foods but not all the time. You will use it with less.
Cola and other drinks You should drink light colored sodas.
Spicy foods You should avoid spicy foods especially you use sauces you buy from stores. Homemade chili sauce with pepper is not so bad at all.

In the above mentioned list, you can see less fried foods and less sugar. Its recommended to remove fried foods and sugars from your list for some days to see how your boy reacts with these foods and then include it a little bit more if you wanted. Moreover, you can eat fish, meat, chicken, cereals & grains, coffee & tea, vegetables & fruits and breads which are considered as ideal foods for the people who are suffered from acnes or zits.
