With 10 years in business, a great line of beauty products and a comprehensive website, Fluhme is an invaluable resource for both professional beauty providers and those who love beauty products for personal use.

As most beauty professionals know, the eyes and the face are the most noticed features and Fluhme has several colorful pallets and kits including the Nightlights color palette, the Starlight palette and both Baked Eye shadows and Baked Blushes that all high a high focus on skin care and treatment.

Fluhme Cosmetics is a Pennsylvania-based company and is one of "one of the few companies who offer Italian baked make-up in the United States.", according to founder Tiffany Fluhme and they state that they use higher quality ingredients in order to make beauty into an art.

You can start making money as a Fluhme artist after an initial $50 joining fee. I was displeased with the description they offered as to how to make money selling their products as they used the phrase "up to" quite a bit on their "Learning More About the Business Opportunity" page. Another risk for distributors is that even though these are high-end, quality cosmetics, in order to maintain your earnings, you must have $300 in sales per month so you need to determine if you'll be able to reach that monthly goal for sales.

While they do offer some bonuses such as their $700 "Artist Collection" of supplies and products for home-based selling events, you most likely are aware that selling through the internet and cultivating customer relationships can offer LARGE sales turnaround. Therefore Fluhme's training and product bonuses won't be of much assistance in a web-based business model. Rather than paying for unnecessary extras, you could video or photograph yourself before and after using their products and post that on your site.

Fluhme's website does offer several positive testimonials by beauty professionals who have staged home Fluhme parties to showcase and sell these products in order to expand their income.

The negative reviews I ran across were mostly from people who have had experience in Network Marketing and MLM's which indicates that those who prefer marketing through Fluhme parties and beauty industry professionals are the people who will most likely have the best opportunity of turning a healthy profit.

One thing that may draw suspicion for those that are hoping for full-time pay from a network marketing home-based business is that there's really no information listed on 2nd or 3rd tier commissions for distributors brought in by you. This appears to be more of a direct sales model rather than a MLM.

In conclusion, I think the opportunities possible with Fluhme are most likely going to be realized by those in the beauty industry who want to expand their extant salary but they seem to be lacking several necessary components for a MLM that will skyrocket you to riches. lastly, the website offers little information on commissions and (most importantly)management contact information.

I mention this as I've seen bad management force far too many companies to fail.
