Flabby/saggy Arms: Get Rid Of Them Once And For All!

By:

Flabby/saggy arms are totally unsexy, aren't they?

If you had the right chance, would you proceed to ret rid of them? I bet you would!

Well ,this is your best chance! Why not grab this!

The reasons behind flabby/saggy arms

First of all flabby/saggy arms are a typical consequence of overall high body fat percentages.

Attention: I don't speak about weight!I speak about body composition. This is the reason
that we see some skinny people with flabby/saggy arms.

We know that the most preferred fat storage areas for our body are body parts as:thighs, hips, buttocks etc.
When our body judges that these parts have already big amounts of fat ,then it turns with a greater interest to other parts such as arms, necks, etc and starts depositing more fat there.

We should here mention that genetics plays its role in the fat storage procedure.
If your parents e.g. have flabby/saggy arms there is a fair probability that you will also inherit this characteristic.

The second reason has to do with the undeveloped musculature. Some muscle building and toning might alleviate the problem considerably.

Then, there are two things we can do:

1. Building and/or toning the muscles that are mainly related to the phenomenon, namely the triceps and...

2. Lower our body fat percentage -always keeping in mind that local fat loss is a chimera!

Best triceps exercices

a)Isolation-single joint-exercises involving straightening of the arms:

-triceps kickbacks/extensions(in an upright position)

-triceps presses(in a lying position)

b)Compound exercises and mainly:

-variations of push ups(realy excellent!)

-dips

Lowering the body fat percentage

To achieve this you will need :

-a sound nutritional plan and...

- a physical exercise plan comprising:

*some aerobic activities and preferably high intensity interval training(HIIT).

(Please check the manifold benefits of the HIIT here:

BENEFITS OF HIIT( HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

*resistance training,preferably with free weights.
