Fourth, allergies are typically more severe at night. This is when the bedding that you choose makes a big difference to your sleep. Besides your sheets, the two places that you really need to watch out for are your comforter or duvet and your pillows too. But don't forget about your bed sheets because they are going to impact your allergies as well and they can offer protection. The two types of sheets that are going to help more than anything when it comes to allergies are pure silk sheets and bamboo sheets. Make sure you seriously consider a change to those or at least try them.

And finally, if no matter what you try, your allergies are still going crazy then it's time to see your doctor for some medical remedies. Using drugs and other medications are not the best things to do to your body so try to keep solutions like these as a last resort. But the tradeoff is completely worth it if you're suffering that bad from allergies.
