The movie features Linda in several action scenes, which she had to remain in top physical shape. It was during her hectic filming and work out schedule that Linda became inspired to write her book and record the ENERGY HOUR CD. As busy as I was, I had to make the time for my work out. Linda just returned from overseas where she made a special appearance for the US Military as the host of The Don Barnhart Comedy tour. Linda signed autographs, took pictures with the troops and gave away copies of her movie. They made stops in Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Djibouti where they met up with the USO Hollywood Handshake Tour featuring actor Christian Slater and Kal Penn from the movie Harold and Kumar. Its truly an honor for me to visit and meet the heroes of our country, said Vu during a radio interview at the naval base in Bahrain.

Linda gained admiration and respect from the troops for her intense work out routine. Many of the women soldiers and even some of the men had already requested advance copies of the book. Linda added, Although the book was designed specifically for women, men will still gain from the motivation and work out techniques. However, the ENERGY HOUR is designed for both.

Linda Vu was born in 1973 in what was once called Saigon, Vietnam. Linda and her family were forced to flee their home when the Communist took over during the infamous Fall of Saigon. Although the Vu family escaped Communist rule, they were broken up for several years. Linda and her siblings lived in a refugee camp in Singapore and it wasnt until 1981 that they were able to reunite in Orange County, CA. Although it took some time, in 1994, Linda was thrilled and proud to take her oath and become a U.S. citizen.

Linda makes her living as an artist, photographer, web designer, actress and fitness instructor. She also works along side her husband as producer of their independent film and television company, Don Barnhart Entertainment, where theyre currently in pre-production on their new comedy film, Freeloader.
