Ireland is blessed with wonderful natural gifts such as long blue beaches, rugged mountains, evergreen landscapes and much more. Besides these, there are many man-made places that have cultural and heritage value. You can find beautiful parks, ancient castles, galleries, shopping centers, thousands of pubs and great entertainment zones etc.
It will not be a bad idea to make a list of interesting places that you would like to visit when you are in Ireland so that you do not miss out the most important places and places that would matter to you the most.

You will certainly not be able to finish all the places of tourist interest as there are too many places unless you have a long vacation in Ireland. You should not make your entire trip as one big episode of site seeing. You must be able to relax during your vacation so you must pick and choose limited number of places to visit. If you have a long list of places to visit then you will be in an agitated state during the entire trip more worried about covering all the places and you will not be able to enjoy any of the places that you visit but preoccupied about the next destination that you have to visit.

If you love architectural beauty of ancient buildings then you have the Temple Bar District which is famous for architectural structures and traditional Irish music. You can also find here many good restaurants and serene waters of the Liffey River.

Phoenix Park is a place for nature lovers. It has beautiful lakes and inviting grasslands. Trinity College which is the oldest university of Ireland is as old as 416 years. This is the famous university where many celebrities such as Oscar Wilde were educated.

One of the 'must sees' of Ireland is the Ireland is the Ireland Castle at Dame Street. This belongs to the 13th century and it served as the Parliamentary house of Ireland and also as the residence of the Viceroy.

No one can forget the famous 'Black Stuff' or the 'Guinness'. It is one of the world famous beer brands. The Guinness Storehouse is another interesting place of interest that you must visit.
St. Patrick's Cathedral of Ireland is one of the most famous Cathedrals of Europe. It belongs to the 12th century but it is well maintained till today. Ireland has a very strong devotion to St. Patrick.
Another place of interest is the National Museum. It is a storehouse for plenty of antiques. You will find antiques very rare antiques in this museum and some of them date back to 8 BC.
