Finding The Right Wedding Favors

When picking wedding favors you need to give it good consideration. Here are some things to consider when choosing.

The favors you choose need to in some way reflect you as a couple and your wedding day. They can be something that has a significance to the bride and groom or coordinate with your theme. Giving favors that can be eaten or useful are the best types. Think about this when you are choosing.

You do not need to spend a lot of money on your wedding favors. If you want to save some money you may like to thing about making them yourself. One idea is to make some cookies from a family recipe, wrap them with cello and a ribbon.

Don't leave the choice to the very last minute. You should plan ahead no matter what you choose. But don't jump in a make any hasty purchases. Be sure first. The favors should be chosen by the couple together. That way you can be sure that both are happy with the decision. You may like to discuss your choice with a friend. You should aim to have your favors ready two weeks prior to your wedding day. Store them in a place where they won't be spoiled.

Wedding favors should in some way show your guests that your wedding day is a special day. Keep them simple and present them beautifully. Wedding favors with a personal and meaningful touch will be the ones that are remembered and cherished by most.

When it comes to the number of favors to order there are some options. You can choose to give out one per guest or one per couple or even one per family. This will depend on the type of wedding favor you have chosen. It will also depend on how expensive your favors are. In the end it will be up to you.

You can place your wedding favors at their place settings or alternatively you can place them on a table for your guests to be given as they leave. This latter option can be a good one as sometimes favors do get left behind.

You should attach tags to your wedding favors. You can have a short message or just the bride and grooms names on it.
