If you've been in your MLM business for a while, or are just starting, there are some very specific traits you want to look for in building your business.

1. Great Attitude.

If they don't show interest, not just for your information, but with everything going on around them, you DO NOT want these people in your MLM downline. They have a so-so attitude, and will only bog you and your business down.
The people that know what they want, have fun, and get excited in the process are the people you want to be around, and so will others. This is also the attitude you want to maintain. Remember, if this is the people you want to be around, make sure that's the attitude you carry.

2. Having a Personality.

This is really a non-thinking requirement. Have you ever met someone that doesn't have a personality? I have, and it takes entirely too much effort to even get them to talk. I get worn out just trying to have a "normal" conversation.

Can you get someone that hates running into a marathon? This is basically the same situation. The people you want in your MLM business need to be able to talk to people, it doesn't have to be the "over-the-top" personalities, just people you would want to be around.

3. Ambition.

Understand this is not a get rich quick business. There is nothing, at least nothing legal, that will get you rich overnight.

If you, and your prospects, are consistent and ambitious, putting in the effort it is going to take, you are half-way to your financial freedom.

4. Be a Leader.

This is not an actual position. It is an attitude. You take action. YOU take responsibility for your future, your circumstances, and most of all yourself. Anyone can be a leader by simply being better than "normal"; take the initiative to learn what it takes to do the "more". Then, start doing the "more" that others won't learn OR do.

5. Goal-Orientation.

You and your MLM downline must be goal-oriented. What is your life going to be like next year, 5 years, or even 10 years?

If you, or they, simply answer that question with "rich" or "financially secure", dig a little deeper and figure out how you'll get there. If there is a plan, you're on the right track. Be specific, nothing vague or elusive. If it's a plan that you, or they, actually have the train tracks to follow, you are in the right train station; but if it's "waiting for your ship to come in" plan, get out of the airport - there are usually no ships there (go get the lottery tickets - you've got as much chance of getting rich).

Follow your intuition. Don't judge their circumstances; it is possible those aren't their fault. If they possess all the above listed "qualifications" for a ready-to-go MLM downline, teach them, coach them, and watch as they, and you, reach your goals. No matter how high!!!
